Fitness

Fitness Instructor Level 2 CIMSPA Accreditation

ActiveHud can facilitate the completion of the mandatory hours (20 hours) for the CIMSPA endorsed Gym Instructor qualification. Our qualified instructors can supervise and support you to deliver our induction and workshop delivery. For example, our workshops would be held on the gym floor and may include workshops on exercises including the free weights area, reaching peaks on CV equipment etc, and the induction would be a demonstration on how to use each piece of equipment safely.

Personal Trainer Level 3 CIMSPA Accreditation

ActiveHud can facilitate the completion of the mandatory hours (20 hours) for the CIMSPA endorsed Personal Trainer qualification. Our qualified Instructors can supervise and support you to deliver 6-week Personal Exercise Programmes with the initial session being PT led.

Active Wellbeing

Wellbeing Champions

To support ActiveHud's wellbeing strategy by promoting activities within educational school/departments and across campus, encouraging staff and students at the University of Huddersfield to access relevant health and wellbeing opportunities, collating activity data, sharing best practice and stories of success.
