Sometimes we all need that extra encouragement, support, advice, and motivation, whether you've just started out on your fitness journey or you're aiming to run a marathon.
Building a great working relationship with ActiveHud instructors can be a fun and very rewarding experience. They are there to educate and ensure you remain focused on your fitness goals. We have two options available:
Personal Trainers
Our personal trainers work with you on a 1-2-1 basis and use their expertise to design a fitness and lifestyle programme to suit all your goals, helping you become fitter at a healthy rate. All our personal trainers are highly qualified, which ensures that their personal training is effective and right for you.

Small group training
If a 1-2-1 approach is not for you, our qualified instructors can offer small group training (SGT). Our small group training model is perfect for all ages, abilities, and health and fitness goals. SGT is increasing in popularity because you get all of the benefits of working with a highly qualified personal trainer but at a fraction of the cost. We limit the numbers to no more than 4 members in each session, creating the ideal training environment. Limiting the number means we can focus on improving your technique, motivate you to work to your full potential, and create a supportive environment where you can thrive in your training. Why not bring a friend along and train together?
For £35 per person you will receive a 6 week programme with one 45-minute instructor lead session per week and weekly support from the fitness instructor.
